Description

./configure on fedora 27 fails with openssl-devel-1.1.0h-3.fc27.x86_64

Additional Information

Exact error:

Using JVMTI for class reloading
configure: error: Can't find valid OpenSSL include in /usr/include

Issue:

in configure script on line nos 13069 and 13151 it checks for openssl/ssl23.h, which is not available anymore.

Fix/work around:

I got it working by changing it to ssl2.h in both locations.
