Summary 0006072: Hprof-path directory does not succeed if contains Drive letter
Description In the Windows Server test, changing the hprof output path
changed the behavior.

- Hprof dump succeeded

- Hprof dump failed

These two tests specified the same path. (D:/tmp/heap.hprof)
It seems to fail if the path contains a drive letter.
