It's currently importing:
<resin:import path="classpath:META-INF/caucho/app-default.xml"/>

(0006467) ferg 08-07-14 15:31	Standard cluster-default.xml is moved to classpath and resin.xml updated to use it. The import of app-default.xml is now relative to ${__DIR__}, so if the resin.xml uses conf/cluster-default.xml, it will also use conf/app-default.xml.
