0005266: mod_caucho does not failover

Description

httpd.conf:

  ResinConfigServer 192.168.109.98 6800
  ResinConfigServer 192.168.109.99 6800
  CauchoStatus yes

resin.properties:

app_servers : 192.168.109.98:6800 192.168.109.99:6800

The environment that consists of one apache server and two Resin application servers
doesn't respond to a request and shows "Service Temporarily Unavailable" when one Resin server
of the two is stopped.

(0006082) cowan 11-08-12 14:18	I verified on OSX with 4.0.32. Delete cookie to clear the sticky session. Bringing down one of the 2 app-tier servers produces consistent a 503 error from Apache after a few requests.
