0005262: HttpProxyServlet: several problems

Description

A traffic dump of some requests made by HttpProxyServlet reveals the following:

1. HTTP-headers are improperly terminated with LF instead of CRLF
2. The Host-header appears twice per request
3. POST-requests have trailing junk (\r\n0\r\n)

This renders HttpProxyServlet (and thus resin:HttpProxy) practically unusable.
