Attempted to Eclipse->Help->Check For Update->Update Resin Plugin to latest.

An error occurred while uninstalling
session context was:(profile=epp.package.jee, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Uninstall, operand=[R]com.caucho.common 4.0.21 --> [R]com.caucho.common 4.0.23, action=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.touchpoint.eclipse.actions.UninstallBundleAction).

Also 4.0.27 seems to be the latest version of Resin, so the plugin/update is a few releases old.
