Some more resinctl features.

resinctl clean -- removes all cache files
resinctl tail-logs -- tails all logs
resinctl rotate-logs -- rotates logs
resinctl show-config -- shows expanded config with variables
resinctl check-config (checks a config for correctness)
resinctl check-install (makes sure user is present and it owns correct dirs)
resinctl check-fix
resinctl show-dirs
