Trying to launch Resin 4.0.10 on Windows with the -server-root /
-server_root / -root-directory / --root-directory but resin.exe seems to
ignore all of them. Is there an undocumented change, or is there a bug
in resin.exe in the 4.0.10 (pro) release?
