Summary | 0000324: stopping resin 3 leaves java <defunct> process | ||||||||
Description |
RSN-368 I am using "bin/httpd.sh stop" to stop resin pro 3.0.14. That leaves a defunct java process. I did some ps after httpd.sh returns and found that the java process becomes defunct right after the http.sh script returns. The warpper.pl process stays around for about 60 seconds before going away. I found an existing bug in the old bugtrack for resin 2.1.14/JDK 1.4.2: http://www.caucho.com/quercus/bugtrack/view.xtp?bugreport_id=2096 [^] Not sure if bugs in the old bugtrack is still actively being worked on. Feel free to mark this as an duplicate if that's the case. |
