Summary | 0002863: Update Javamail to Version 1.4.1 | ||||||||
Description |
All versions of Resin 3.2.0, 3.1.6, and 3.0.26 (the one I'm concerned with today) currently include JavaMail 1.4 from Sun. Sun released 1.4.1 of JavaMail in October of 2007, and it includes some significant bug fixes, in particular in the area of MIME part handling. http://java.sun.com/products/javamail/CHANGES.txt [^] It would probably be good for the next scheduled releases of 3.1 and 3.2 to include this, but in in particular, it would be great if the upcoming 3.0.27 could include it too. |

If this is implemented, JAF should be updated to 1.1.1 as well, in support of the update to JavaMail. |
