0002181: Autoconf-generated files are tracked in svn

Description

There are some files in the svn repository that are generated by autoconf; when I run autoconf / configure locally, they show up as local edits even though I haven't actually changed any source code per se. They should probably just be removed from svn entirely since you have to run configure to build the C code anyway.
