0001805: Need Content-Type set for sendRedirect

Description

We are using transport-guarantee,
currently, if a browser calls http://my.url.com [^] , resin responds, and
tells the browser to load https://my.url.com. [^] The problem is that some
firewalls will not allow this response from resin becuase the
"content-type" header is missing from resin's redirect response.

The Watcdog firewall rejects any response that does not include a Content-Type.
