Summary 0001799: One Resin backend not receiving any traffic
Description (rep by Kevin MacClay)

One Resin backend not receiving any traffic. Back-end instance is working fine, but front-end never sends any traffic to it. The next back-end instance in sequence appears to get the misdirected traffic.

This has been fixed in 3.1.2.

It's somewhat different in 1766, since 1766 is asking for additional capabilities for detecting a down server, while this issue is Resin misdiagnosing a running server as down.
