0001741: <jvm-args> not working in Windows

Description

<jvm-args> doesn't seem to have any effect in Windows, may be a problem with httpd.exe.

(0001942) ferg 05-23-07 10:39	For 3.1.1 workaround, this issue is specific to httpd.exe with no "start". "httpd.exe start" will read the configuration properly in 3.1.1. "java -jar lib/resin.jar" will also work correctly in 3.1.1.
