0001141: 503 service temporarily unavailable

Description

The site randomly returns "503 service temporarily unavailable" when we run it using JNI. The error disappears when I remove the license. I don't get any exceptions in the log.

Not sure if this is intresting information but resin seems identify the processor as an amd64 but it's actually an intel 64-bit Xeon.
