It seems to me that the default level for Resin 3.0.18 is OFF.
That's what is being returned by Logger.getLevel() where there
is no log configuration in resin.conf or web.xml.

I need to set the level to null so that it will inherited the
value from its parent. This way I can control the level of
all the Logger by calling setLevel() at the root level.
How do I do that in Resin 3.0.18?
