Summary

0000991: Access to static files don't work when deploying in default context with Resin/Apache

Description

When deploying an war application as ROOT under Linux/Apache/Resin, access to static files in that application is impossible.
For example, if the application contains jsp pages that contain images, these images are not accessible from the browser.
This problem does not exist when deploying application in a specific context.
The workaround is to replicate all static files in a directory accessible through Apache.
