0000986: isap_srun.dll returns blank pages

Description

it seems to work fine for about 75% of
requests, but returns blank pages for the remainder.

Our configuration:

Windows Server 2003
IIS 6
Resin Pro 3.0.18
JDK 1.4.2_09

We are using the default resin.conf shipped with Resin and have 3 web
applications deployed to the webapps directory.

The IIS server has several virtual sites configured, and we are currently
interested in forwarding requests from only one. Additionally,
isapi_srun.dll is deployed to the scripts virtual directory, which has
been made executable. The plugin is only configured at the "Web Sites"
level within IIS, and not individually per virtual site.

Finally, we've configured a Web-service extension that represents Resin,
referencing the same isapi_srun.dll. This step was necessary for IIS to
forward any requests to Resin.
