(rep by M. Schuart) Since Resin 4.0.62, eclipselink is no longer bundled. However, resin-eclipselink (which allows Resin to integrate with eclipselink) is still bundled. This causes harmless NoClassDefFoundError exceptions to be thrown when using eclipselink. The exception should go away by moving the jar from lib/ to webapp-jars/.
