0006371: add support for JDK9 multi-release jars JEP-238

Does resin support JEP-238 in java 9+?
Does resin support multi-release JARs in WARs?
When I run log4j-2.13.3 in last resin-pro-4.0.65, it seen to not working, and I got the error:
"Caused by: java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: No class provided, and an appropriate one cannot be found."
I had try to add the "Multi-Release:true" to WAR “META-INF/MANIFEST.MF”, but not working.
