0006301: websocket socket connections still throwing IllegalStateException

The fix below resolved most of the websocket IllegalStateExceptions:
websocket throws exception when timing out from keepalive state

But Resin is still throwing exceptions, albeit at much lower rate.

TODO: user to send logs.
