0006290: mod_caucho requests are delayed by seconds if not all ResinConfigServer are online

Description

Given multiple ResinConfigServer defined in Apache httpd.conf, there would be a delay (>5s) in responses for ANY request if not all of the ResinConfigServer are online.

Apache: 2.4.8-90.el7 (rhel 7)

nam: there is a delay between when cse_update_host() is started, and when it is completed.
