0006190: openssl shutdown connection timing issues

We see occasional JVM core dumps upon Resin 4 shutdown (SIGSEGV related libssl.so). This was supposed to have been fixed in Resin 4.0.50 but still happening with the latest version. See attached “brygid-SIGSEGV libssl.log”
