Description

To clarify usage of /resin-admin and cluster state as accessible only through triad members or accessible to all servers in cluster:

dyn-0:
app.http: 8084
//same triad app-0 - app-2

dyn-1:
app.http 8083
//same triad app-0 - app-2

localhost:8080-82 produces no errors

localhost:8083 produces: "can't contact dyn-0"

localhost:8084 produces: "can't contact dyn-1"
