(0006588) kazssym 02-14-15 23:21	I tried to implement the timezone_transitions_get function for WordPress to work with named timezones (patch uploaded). My implementation just searches for the next transition in one year and return the only one found, which is the only transition needed by WordPress.

(0006589) kazssym 02-15-15 01:15	The first patch has a problem to detect a transition correctly. The patch2 replaces the first one.
