0005132: ResinEmbed creates resin-data in working directory

Description

ResinEmbed created resin-data in the working directory, in the constructor, before resinEmbed.start is called. This does not provide a chance to modify resin Root. Also, ResinEmbed fails if the working directory is not writable.
