0005114: Problem with 46 MB war file getting replicated to other nodes in cluster

Description

Client is deploying a 46MB war file. They report Resin is having a hard time with this 46MB war file.
They have to stop and start Resin to get all of the application servers to deploy this war file.
They are currently deploying to app-2. They have tried deploying on 0, 1, 2.

They report "Unless all servers have been restarted clean, it is the luck of the draw whether the release will propagate cleanly across the cluster or we have to restart individual servers."

Additional Information

steps:

* search our database of integration tests and see if have this covered already.
* setup a cluster and deploy a 46MB war file and see if I can reproduce this
* if I can reproduce and an integration test does not exist for this I will create it
