Get this

$ sudo add-apt-repository http://caucho.com/download/debian [^] unstable multiverse
Error: need a repository as argument

Workaround edit file.

$ sudo emacs /etc/apt/sources.list

deb http://caucho.com/download/debian [^] unstable multiverse

Follow the rest of the directions.
