0004745: PHP PDO::getAttribute not implemented

Description

While trying to run a Yii framework application on Google Apps Engine using Quercus the application dumps the following error:

"com.caucho.quercus.QuercusException: com.caucho.quercus.QuercusException: com.caucho.quercus.lib.db.PDO.getAttribute: This functionality has not been implemented. Requests for unimplemented features can be entered in the bugtrack http://bugs.caucho.com" [^]
