0004597: Formlogin not working anylonger

Description

I've had a webapp that was using a login form that has been working fine since 4.0.6 I believe, and now with 4.0.18, it no longer requires someone to login, and basically will allow anyone access to the app, which is a huge issue.

(0005293) ferg 06-06-11 14:28	server/1h35 As a workaround, you can put the FormLogin configuration in WEB-INF/resin-web.xml instead of the resin.xml. Or you can remove the version="true" from the web-app-default.
