0004593: Command line deploy not working with user name and password |

Description |
When passing a user name and password that matches the user name and password we use from the admin tool. I am getting a no-auth error.
On initial investigation, it looks like the command line is using the old auth scheme not the new LDAP-like auth scheme. Command line version should match. |
