Intermittently (Every 40000 requests or so) calls to context.dispatch() seem to be lost. The corresponding servlet is never called back. Logging around the dispatch call confirms that no exceptions are thrown.
This is exhibited in Resin 4.0.6 & 4.0.13
We have tried release 4.0.18 but the first call in any session appears not to successfully send the response to the client so since we fail far earlier we cannot say if this issue exists in 4.0.18
