Summary

0004203: isapi_srun failsafter windows tick reset at 50 days.

Description

When in operation 50 days after you restart the server,
IIS can not connect to the Resin.

Resin in the source 'isapi_srun.cpp', 'protcol.cpp', Windows of
GetTickCount () function that is used.
The isapi_srun.dll, GetTickCount () due to start Windows after 49.7 days
after not accepting a connection from a Web server do?
