0000416: RAR deployment with classloader

I want to define a compiling classloader for a RAR deployment, so the RAR
has to be deployed as a directory (obv.) How can I do this? IE: Where do
I put the <class-loader> <compilingr-loader source='' ...> </class-loader>
stuff? I was hoping to find a "<resource-default>" tag, like
<web-app-default>, so I could define it there.
