0003904: resin4 documentation: broken links.

Description

Caucho support, we are attempting to upgrade to resin 4 and are running
into issues convincing resin to deploy our ear files. Under resin 3 we
used <ear-deploy path= and when I attempted to find the resin 4 version
of that parameter I found a website full of 404's when they attempted to
point at anything with /reference/ in the URL!

Are there any working versions of the resin 4 documentation for
configuring deployments and the like?
