Using the example web.xml file as shown on the website the following error occurs at deploy of the war file:

That means the line

  <servlet-mapping>
    <url-pattern>/hello</url-pattern>
    <servlet-name>hello</servlet-name>
  </servlet-mapping>

must be vise versa as follows:

  <servlet-mapping>
    <servlet-name>hello</servlet-name>
    <url-pattern>/hello</url-pattern>
  </servlet-mapping>

Please correct the tutorial so that unskilled users do not have to worry about that error
