Summary | 0003462: Resin Windows service restart stops Resin but doesn't start it | ||||||||
Description |
In Windows, there's a button to restart services in the services configuration window. When pressing the button for a running Resin service, Resin stops but doesn't start again. Windows thinks that the service is running, but in reality it's not. This used to work at least in 3.0.15. This is quite annoying as we have many customers who are used to restarting the service with the restart functionality and not by first stopping and then starting again. |
