0003394: PHPUnit data providers not being called

Description

This was working at one point, but seems to have regressed.

include_once 'PHPUnit/Framework.php';

class MyTest extends PHPUnit_Framework_TestCase {
  public function myfunc() {
    return array(array('bar'));
  }

  /**
   * @dataProvider myfunc
   */
  public function testIt($foo) {
    $this->assertEquals('bar', $foo);
  }
}

The test fails under Quercus but passes under regular PHP.
