0002509: resin restart due to dst changes

Description

We have 5 boxes that are running Resin v3.1.3

4 of the servers restarted at 3am by the watch-dog (see attached log
file)

1 server did not restart.

The 4 servers that restarted had the latest Microsoft daylight savings
time patch.

The 1 server that did not restart was not patched.

Regardless, what causes the watch-dog to decide it needed a restart?
