Summary 0000232: An unexpected error has been detected by HotSpot Virtual Machine
Description RSN-255
When run on Sun's JRE 1.5.0_03 with the -server switch, everything seems to start up OK, but gets the following error when I hit a particular page. Looking at the stack trace of the attached file, the problem seems to be in Resin JNI code. -client (or no switch) works fine. This JRE is not the standalone JRE installer as that doesn't include the server VM (only client), it was taken from the JDK's jre/ directory and includes both client and server VMs. I don't know if it makes a difference, but I am running with an external compiler (calling java.exe to invoke the Eclipse JDTCore compiler).

Correction. This happens with a full blown JDK (same version as above) as well when used with the -server switch...

This is already fixed in the snapshot.
