0002134: Exception subclasses not caught

Description

<?php
class MyException extends Exception { }
function foo() { throw new MyException(); }
try { foo(); } catch (Exception $e) { print "caught it\n"; }

Vanilla PHP prints "caught it". Quercus prints an "uncaught exception of type MyException" error.
