Summary 0002101: file_get_contents() is very slow on large files
Description Create a 64MB file from a UNIX shell prompt:
dd if=/dev/zero of=/tmp/foo bs=64m count=1

Then try the test case:
<?php
$contents = file_get_contents("/tmp/foo");

This script finishes in under 1 second on vanilla PHP. Under Quercus, it takes about 2 minutes.
