We start getting errors like the following:
com.caucho.jsp.JspLineParseException: /WEB-INF/jsps/comments.jsp:1:
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The prefix "resin-c" for element
"resin-c:out" is not bound.

Additional Information

Caucho comment:

It looks like it might be a validation issue. Resin might not be
properly generating the XML.

Resin translates ${foo} into <resin-c:out value="${foo}"/>. It might
be that the resin-c doesn't have a proper namespace declaration.
