0001457: EJB3 Remote EJBs are not working

Description

Remote access to EJBs using EJB3.0 is not working.

Additional Information

The RemoteObject is always null, because no com.caucho.ejb.AbstractContext#createRemoteHomeView() is never overwritten by a subclassing context.
