We are having some issues with watchdog manager detecting a close of Resin server.

[2020/11/26 06:07:13.360] {resin-37} Watchdog received warning from Resin[app-0,pid=10379]:

                                       java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: localhost, port: 25;

                                       nested exception is:

                                        java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)
