0006299: add logging to track the lifecycle of keepalive async connections

Description

Need additional logging to understand:

1. when an async connection is created, and
2. why it is being created

In resin-admin, the graphs show spikes in keepalive-async connections. Regular keepalive connections are steady during the entire time. See attached screenshot.
