Currently, a dynamic server gets assigned a sessionId prefix based on its index in the pod. Should we allow the user to pass in a specific prefix when starting up a dynamic server?

Example:
triad0 -> axx
triad1 -> bxx
triad2 -> cxx
dyn0 -> dxx
dyn1 -> exx

User wants to assign dyn1 to kxx instead.
