Summary | 0006107: Resin with Java 9 | ||||||||
Description |
Is there a trick to getting Resin 4 to run on Java 9? When I attempt it I get a popup that states: Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine. Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit." And in the console it shows -Djava.endorsed.dirs=c:\Services\resin\endorsed;c:\Services\resin\endorsed is not supported. Endorsed standards and standalone APIs in modular form will be supported via the concept of upgradeable modules. I searched for where the java.endorsed.dir is being set, but it didn't show up in any of the conf files. |
