0005950: pdf-report ignoring -server argument

pdf-report is always generating a report for app-0, regardless of -server. When opening the PDF, it's obvious that the report is for app-0.

$ bin/resin.sh pdf-report --server app-0
generates PDF report for app-0

$ bin/resin.sh pdf-report --server app-1
generates PDF report for app-0
