0004868: Remote deploy not working for tunneling over port 8080

Description

Tried to do a remote deploy to amazon ws EC2 instance.

It is not working in 4.0.24.

$ resinctl deploy blog-0.1.0.BUILD-SNAPSHOT.war -name blog -address 174.129.86.169 -port 8080Deployed production/webapp/default/blog from blog-0.1.0.BUILD-SNAPSHOT.war to hmux://127.0.0.1:6800 [^]

It seems to deploy to the local box instead of the remote box.

Spoke to Engineering. This is likely fixed in the unreleased 4.0.25. I am going to build and test.
